What comes in each set?

Read the individual product description: the number of nails and size selection vary. Background props and jewellery shown in styled images are not included.

Are the images based on the actual nails?

Yes. Our styled product images begin with the supplier’s photo of the selected design. AI-assisted editing changes the photographic setting. Colour can vary between screens.

Where do the reviews come from?

Imported reviews are labelled with their supplier listing and source. They are not described as purchases from Haunted Tips. Where a reviewer’s exact variant is unknown, we say so.

Why is a design unavailable?

A product is offered for purchase only when its availability and delivery setup are confirmed. An unavailable product cannot be added to the cart.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery options and estimates will be shown at checkout when ordering is available. We are finalising delivery arrangements and are not currently accepting orders.

How do I ask about a return?
